Garage Sale
Well we had the first of our 2 Garage sales yesterday,gosh its amazing the amount of stuff you have that you dont need or use,we got rid of heaps of little stuff and are now able to pay off some debt so that we are a little closer to the dream!!!!!!!!bring on the next one where the furniture goes-cant Bloody wait!!!!

Highs and lows
I would love to hear others thoughts that have made this move,one minute im crazy excited the I think Oh shit what am i doing!!!
The one thing thats getting me down is having to leave out beautiful dog,everytime i look at him i want to cry!!I Hope i can find a loving home for him!!!
The other thing is being away from Bruce again for long periods at a time,but we have done it once we can do it again,other than that I think Im ok with everything(at this minute!!!!hehe)
Now just to sit and wait for house to sell!

Lots to look into!!!
I just rang and changed my flights so im comming over to Bali 2 days earlier next month,i have 4 schools i want to look at-The Green school ,sunrise School,Pelangi school and Dyatmika School so im trying to make appointments to see them.
Im also waiting on quotes for Expat travel insurance-I may need a wine or 2 when i read that email,its not cheap!!!But after out last trip when my son Evan ended up in the International hospital and 5 stitches in his head($300 Later!!)Its something you need!!!!
Thismorning i rang up about taking some boxes of things with us-kids will want some toys ect...Evan would very much like if we could stuff the pets in there,he was heartbroken when i said they cant come!!
It definatly pays to look around,I rung Jetta Express and they were $3.55 a kilo plus #5 for security,$20 insurance and $35 air fee,each box can be no more than 32 kg.
then i rang World Baggage and spoke to a very helpful man who said it will be $2.84 a kg if we have alot maybe less and TNT can bring all our stuff from Kalgoorlie to perth for $165 so i was pretty happy with that.
he told me we could take no dangerous goods in the boxes,eg Batteries and nail polish remover,when i asked ablout bringing our good kitchen knives over he said that wont be a problem-I thought that was funny,because a super sharp Global kitchen knife is not dangerous!!!!
Anyway i shall wait on emails back to me today and try to get my head out of the clouds and carry on with reality,Thanks for reading xx

First things first

The start
Well for a few years its been a dream to live in Bali as many of you know but well when you start thinking of all the little things that come along with making a move like that it kinda scares the shit out of me!!!!But im a little tired of excuses and think its time to make it happen!!
I have realised i have alot to learn along the way but i thought if i do a blog it may help others and also be a great way to record my thoughts and look back on.
The first lesson I learnt today is not look too deeply into things,it can be done and Im going to do it!!!!i got a little disheartend last night looking into visas but after a few emails to and fro with a very helpful person from one of the schools its not nearly as hard as i thought and is possible!The main thing is money,schooling is not cheap over there.So right now Im making a list of all the schools,their locations,costs ect,then ill go visit a few when im there next.i think we will base where we live on near where the school is.
My ultimate dream is to send him to The Green school,but its not cheap !!!Im going to make it my first stop though.
